Description:
The mall intercept allows product or service providers to interview hundreds of potential or existing customers in various geographical locations simultaneously.

In many cases, respondents are taken off the mall floor to a separate area where they can see a line of existing products or prototypes and answer questions about their initial perceptions.

Benefit:
Through the use of rating/ranking scales and open-ended questions, response patterns are produced and evaluated providing valuable information on consumer preferences in time to make changes to better match the product/service to the marketplace.
